Swansea City v Levante - Sunday 5th August 2007
Last Friday saw me supporting our local team, Haverfordwest County AFC, against another West Wales team, Llanelli, in a Welsh Premier League game. Llanelli are one of the few full time professional football sides in Wales and have the luxury of being able to train every day, whereas our boys are all working in their normal day jobs and can only train once or twice a week in the evening. Had a teeth inspection yesterday, no fillings needed, in fact my teeth are in quite good condition. However a shattered tooth, but which has no decay will cost £475 to be put right!!! Where's the NHS dentist when you need it! Needless to say, I won't be having this work done any time soon!
